International Center for Transitional Justice
Identity Design
The International Center for Transitional Justice (ICTJ) operates globally alongside victims of human rights violations—seeking acknowledgment and redress, holding perpetrators accountable, strengthening democratic institutions, and helping prevent future violence.
Following our design of ICTJ’s first annual report, the organization engaged us to refine and simplify its visual identity. We developed a more cohesive logo architecture—balancing the full name and acronym—to function seamlessly across languages and diverse cultural settings.
The logo needed to remain flexible to work with different languages and for theme variations.
To celebrate ICTJ’s 10-year anniversary we were asked to create nine banners based on the organization’s guiding themes.
